Personalize Your Wedding Reception with Paper
Whether you have worked with me on your wedding invitations or not, you can still work with me to create you custom wedding day-of paper, which includes wedding signs ceremony programs, menus, escort cards, thank you cards, thumbprint guestbooks, table numbers, favor tags and more! I will work with you to come up with a few design elements that can then be sprinkled throughout the wedding day-of paper. As one of my recent brides said in her Hand-Painted Weddings review, that she was surprised by how big of an impact all of these little pieces made for her wedding.
Watercolor Wedding Signs
I love getting hearing about all of you and your partner’s little wedding details and your inspiration for your wedding day. My passion for hearing all about the details of your wedding influences the designs I am creating and painting for your wedding day-of paper. If you are going to have lights adorning the trees outside your reception, I may suggest a design that incorporates a strand of lights. As you can see from the examples above, the designs for each wedding are not identical, but they match the overall style of the wedding. They take your design decisions for your wedding and serve as the thread connecting all the pieces together—from the flowers to the table linens. Everything looks cohesive and yet absolutely authentic.[/one_half][one_half_last]
Wedding day sign options include signature drink signs for the bar at your reception or social media signs alerting your guests of your hashtag on Instagram. You might also want a sign at your favor table, guestbook table, or dessert table. All of these signs are little touches that really bring together the various elements of the wedding. A few other details that resonate at your wedding are the Bride and Groom signs, which can be tied with ribbon on the corners at your seats. Some choose to put a quote on the back of their chairs, like a recent client of mine who put a quote from a Phish song in lieu of “Bride and Groom.” Another idea for custom pieces for your wedding is hotel welcome cards that outline the weekend’s events for your guests that are coming from out of town. If your guests need to know about any aspect of your wedding, customized hand-painted signs are a great option for a little something extra in making your day as special as it can be.[/one_half_last]
