  • Joining The Wedding Mile marketplace

    The Wedding Mile

Hand-Painted Weddings is testing out an additional marketplace called The Wedding Mile where customers can order their hand-painted invitations, guestbooks, and save-the-dates. I am really excited to join this new marketplace because I believe that the target audience is very similar to the Hand-Painted Weddings market, couples who desire a unique, handmade wedding.

A little bit about The Wedding Mile marketplace:

“We are artisans, artists, craftspeople, inventors, trendsetters, and lovers of all things wedding. We are mothers, fathers, daughters, sons, students, storeowners, busy bees, and commerce constructors. We offer one-of-a-kind, unique, customizable, unusual and wonderful products!”

Click here to view the new Hand-Painted Weddings shop on The Wedding Mile and be sure to click around and view work from other talented artists.

  • Yellow Rose Watercolor Print Sale

Yellow Rose Valentines Day sale by Hand-Painted Weddings

It is almost Valentine’s Day (yay)! I’m a sucker for Valentine’s Day. I love watching men with bouquets of flowers and women wobbling around the city streets with sexy heels and exposed legs. Yep, sometimes I am that woman as well!

Most of all I love the focus on love and relationships whether budding or married for decades, whether same-sex or not….it is just a beautiful little holiday. My husband and I are lucky because we celebrate our 11th year of dating the day after Valentine’s Day, so we basically extend the holiday of love over two days.

This year consider giving a watercolor art print as a gift! If you are looking for a way to extend the life of that bouquet of flowers you can supplement it with a print that will last for years to come!

SALE ALERT: The Yellow Rose Watercolor Art print is on sale until Feb. 15 for only $20 (plus shipping). Normal price is $35. Order fast!

  • Hand-Painted Weddings on Twitter

    Hand-Painted Weddings Twitter

This past weekend the Hand-Painted Weddings Twitter page got a little makeover. I have been on Twitter for a few months now but only recently have paid some attention to it. I find it to be a great way to network amongst the wedding industry, and get some attention from some businesses that I may otherwise have not. It is a lot of fun to see an email pop up that such-and-such business is now following you…it’s like wow, I feel honored that you want to follow me!

I’m definitely still learning how to best use this social media vehicle. If you are a beginner to tweeting like me, here are a few great articles to get you started on your Twitter strategies for your business.
