Schedule a welcome call to discuss your wedding plans, colors, and the vision for your invitation suites. I’ll listen to your ideas and provide expert guidance. I will also provide you with a proposal, timeline and contract to review.
Once your inspiration is collected and your worksheet filled out, I will begin sketching your 1-2 sketched concepts. The amount of sketches is based on how defined the look is from our initial chat. Your black and white sketch along with the text layout is the time to fall in love with the overall layout of your pieces. I will share the sketches with you via email for feedback.
After the sketches are approved, I will start painting your final art. I will also add color to your designs. During this time you will compile and share your address list through Excel with me. I will send you an Excel template for your addresses. I will send you 1 to 3 pdf “proofs” to proofread to make sure your invitation sets are perfect
Once approved, I will print your invitations on high-quality, archival-grade paper, ensuring every detail is perfect. Your completed invitations are then assembled with white glove service or carefully packaged and shipped to you, ready to be sent to your guests.

The process begins with a welcome call to understand your vision. I will then email you a proposal, contract and wedding worksheet to fill out. Once completed I will share two sketches for each card in your suite for review. After the sketch is approved I will proceed to the painting phase and share painted “proofs” with you. Once your suite is approved, I will proceed to production. Throughout the process, I maintain open communication to ensure your complete satisfaction.
The timeline for custom invitations typically ranges from 10 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the number of revisions. We recommend starting the process as early as possible to ensure ample time for design, approval, and production.
Production takes 2-3 weeks and is based on the complexity of embellishments and if any specialty finishings like letterpress, handmade paper, or foiling are used in the design.
Depending upon my schedule, I may be able to rush your order from the standard 10-12 week timeline for an additional fee. Please inquire for availability.

While sending physical save the dates and invitations provides your loved ones with a tangible keepsake and piece of art, I understand sending a digital invitation may fit your vision. I do offer digital files that can be distributed to your guests via email—please inquire for pricing and details.
