Terms and Conditions:
Design Policies: There are up to 3 rounds of revisions included in your pricing. Revisions are not redesigns. Additional revisions past 3 rounds can be added to your final invoice for $60 per round. A written approval response to the final pdf is required prior to printing. Once the customer gives final written approval, Hand-Painted Weddings is not responsible for formatting and/or typographical errors on the final product. At the time of final approval, your balance is due, prior to printing. All errors, including spelling, punctuation, layout, format and type style, are the full responsibility of the client. If the client should choose to reprint due to errors of any kind, the client is responsible for 100 percent of the reprint, reproduction and labor costs. Cancellations after the job has gone to press are not accepted.
Assembly: Our projects are delivered ready-to-assemble. If you prefer Hand-Painted Weddings assemble your project, there will be an additional fee. We start assembly as soon as the project delivers from the printer.
Colors: Please note that screen colors are not the same as print colors. Monitors and print colors are very different. If you would like a printed sample of your invitation and RSVP, I will be happy to order one for you for an additional cost.
Payment: A $250 nonrefundable deposit is due prior to starting work. A balance invoice will be emailed to client once final approval is completed. Invoice must be paid in full prior to production. If final payment and/or final approval do not take place, customer forfeits deposit. We accept cash, checks, and PayPal payments.
International Orders: A 4.7% fee is added to international orders to cover foreign transaction fees. International shipping is through USPS. Pricing options will be discussed with client prior to shipping to determine what shipment method is appropriate based on timeline and cost. The total value of the order is included as the value of your package. Client is responsible for any additional duty taxes required upon delivery.
Shipping: We ship through USPS first class or priority mail. Tracking numbers will be shared with client after they are created. If your job is damaged in transit, you must file a claim against the carrier to recover the value. We cannot be responsible for damage or lost goods. We will reprint the order as quickly as possible, but will have to charge the full reprint cost for replacement.
Payment of this nonrefundable deposit constitutes that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
