Every year I feel like it gets harder and harder to get meaningful gifts for friends and family around the holidays. Lives get busy, people already have so much “stuff”…it can be such a tricky thing!

With that in mind, taking a handmade approach can totally be the answer around the holidays, and now is the time to start planning for those gifts, because they take time! If you don’t have the skills or time to make your own gifts, consider hiring an artist. There are so many options on Etsy. A Homage to my Halloween Costume

Happy Halloween everyone! Here is a little homage to my costume tonight. Can anyone guess who I’ll be?

I am hosting our annual Halloween party tonight and spent much of the day cleaning, so this quote (hint…it is the introduction to a very famous song) was very inspirational. Wishing everyone a spooky night full of tricks and treats!

Philly Proud – Love Park Thumbprint Guest Print

Philadelphia is of course known as the “City of Brotherly Love,” but the icon that most effectively displays that is located at the center of the city at Love Park. With beautiful City Hall on one side and a beaming fountain that changes color…sometimes green at St. Patty’s Day or pink during Breast Cancer Awareness month…it really is must-see spot.

I am very Philly proud. I adore this city. It is a city of loyal, hard-working people and artists that aren’t afraid to stand up for what they believe in. I’m not really into sports, but I still share these characteristics. I created this Love Park Thumbprint Guestbook for all my fellow Philly proud couples out there. This is the perfect addition to any Philadelphia wedding no matter the theme or season of the wedding.
